Dr Mark Jeffery is the Practice Principal at Surfers Health Medical Centre.
Dr Mark Jeffery has a MBBCH FRACGP Diploma in Anaesthetics/General Practitioner with General and Specialist Registration and is dedicated to providing you and your family with professional quality of healthcare across a wide range of medical and support services. Mark also provides shared antenatal care with Gold Coast Hospital.
Dr Mark has special interests in Chronic disease management, GP management and Team care plans, Mental health care, Skin cancer, Cosmetic medicine, Low level laser treatment, Ultrasound, Pain management and Shock wave treatment. Dr Jeffery also has interests in Medicinal cannabis prescribing.

Dr Rachel "Ansie" Adendorff
Dr Rachel Adendorff is our female doctor at Surfers Health Medical Centre.
She specialises in many fields including General Practice, Women's health, Menopause, Paediatrics, Mental health, Antenatal, Postnatal, Sexual Health, Contraceptive, Mirena insertion, Travel Health, and Skin Cancer. Many specific Occupational Medicines relating to Pre-Employment assessing fitness after injury, Workcover and returning to work, Diving Medicals assessing fitness to dive including recreational and commercial diving, Aviation assessments and medicals, Return to work for commercial diving and Aviation medicine fitness to fly.
Dr Rachel also provides shared antenatal care with Gold Coast Hospital.
Dr Rachel has a special interest in Women’s health, all stages of Menopause ( perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause ) and Female hormone therapy. Dr Rachel is a member of the Australasian menopause society. She is available at Oolala Cosmetic & Laser Clinic for women’s intimate rejuvenation. She performs PRP (platelet Rich Plasma) and Shelase (Co2 Laser).
Dr Kate Hayter
Chiropractor
The Surfers Paradise Chiropractor, Dr Kate has a special interest sports injuries, dance related issues, rehabilitation and working with the special needs of women.
“I have a degree in Exercise Science and a degree in Biochemistry. During my education and in practice, I’ve worked closely with all kinds of practitioners. I’ve studied alongside dentists, physiotherapists, doctors, personal trainers and psychologists. So these are fields where we can cross over and help each other,” Dr Kate states.
Kate worked with the Barbados team as a direct assistant to the chef de mission. While Kate was performing this role, which included athlete management, she was asked to treat the members of the Barbados Triathlon team and provide recommendations for injury management and prevention for other team members.
Dr Geralize Schoeman
MBChB, FRACGP
Dr Geralize Schoeman is a dedicated family GP with over a decade of practice.
Dr Geralize Schoeman acquired her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia in 2003. She obtained her fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2011.
Dr Schoeman is a renowned doctor in Surfers Paradise who works collaboratively with the patients to provide an unrivalled level of care. She is passionately interested in Women’s Health and Children’s Health.
In addition to English, Geralize can speak Afrikaans with fluency.
Dr John Wilson
MBChB, FRACGP
Dr John Wilson has been practising General Medicine in the Surfers Paradise area for over 20 years and has a large patient following.
He obtained his Fellowship in General Practice whilst working for the Royal Flying Doctor service in Broken Hill.
He is an experienced General Practitioner and is interested in all aspects of family medicine.

Judika graduated Griffith University (Gold Coast) 2018 with a Bachelor of Nursing.
Judika is fluent in the following languages, English, Sinhalese and Italian.
She works alongside our team of doctors assessing and planning nursing care, performing a variety of services and support to our patients.
