You will need to bring a referral from your regular GP/Specialist with a full medical history listing previous and current medications for your condition, and if you have a current Chronic Disease Managment Plan (CDM) please bring this too.
The initial consultation is for approximatley 30 minutes. The cost is $250.00. If you have a current medicare card you may be entiltled to a rebate of $73.95.
Your follow up appointments are bulk billed. Re-submission is to the TGA for a dosage adjustment or change of product will incur a fee of $90.00.
